We use the compr GA55: when we start , after 8-10s the current reduce from 220A to 80A. Normal after 2-3 s ? Why?

We start the compr GA55, after 8-10 second the current reduce from 220 to 80 A, then compressor is working normal. Normally after 2-3s it reduce to 80A, Why?
