I replaced switch which included unloader vavle. The motor now starts but runs slowly. Any ideas?

Hi,

Can you run in with the discharge pipe disconnected and see what happens?

If there's an obstruction to the air flow, the pressure in the outlet pipe of the compressor can be higher than indicated on the pressure gauge on the tank.

If that doesn't change anything, it could be an electrical problem.
