Hello,

I am thankful to you for your guidance. I want to ask one more thing . We have GA 30 VSD Atlas Copco compressor and as per ambient of (35-37 degrees centigrade) the element temp is reaching 103-104 degrees. I want to know that what is the rule to know whether temperature of element is normal or not.
Need a quick reply.

thanks

Hi,

It's still within allowed limits (it will give a warning at 110 degrees and shutdown at 120)

But, its much better to try to lower it to 80-90 degrees.

Try to clean the oil cooler by blowing compressed air through it in the opposite direction of normal air flow, to remove dust.

And at these high temperature is recommended to change oil more often. Say, twice as fast.

Good luck!

Cas
