Pressure switch bounces when max pressure is reached

I have a brand new Condor pressure switch, Model MDR11/11EA. I am using it to activate the clutch on my AC compressor on my Jeep. While I have done this before, I can't remember the pressure switch I used on the last project.

The pressure switch works fine until max pressure is reached, then it bounces quickly from off to on to off to on again, until I either pull the fuse, or turn it off. If I pull the fuse, it sits and holds pressure, if I turn the switch on the unit, from auto to off, it dumps all the air, out of the unloader valve. I can not figure out why.

the way it is connected is as follows:

AC compressor ---- hose to air/water/oil filter-----MDR11/11EA pressure switch--- one way valve---Brass Tee with pressure feedback line to pressure switch----pressure gauge---- hose to tank.

I can get it to activate the AC compressor clutch just fine, but when using it, it turns on and off on and off and releases air as it does, any suggestions?
