Thank you for the site Cas. Very informative. Im hoping you can help a little further though. Is there a table/equation for calculating pressure drop in hose? Or do you just use the pipe table as a close reference?
I need 125 cfm / 6 bar at the end of a 3/4 hose, 400 meters from a portable compressor. I have 2 inch and 3/4 inch hose available, this is a once of job so no permanent pipes can be used.
I need to know what size compressor have on site to get the 125 cfm / 6 bar at the end of the 3/4 hose.
Thanks again.
