Dear CAS

Thanks to support me in this problem that I has oil come with the compressor drain although changing the oil separator, replacing the minimum pressure valve large spring and o rings.

Last notice oil at the suction hose which may be problems at the check/stop valve or at the unloader but are also the cause for the oil comes at the drain and ofcourse may be at the discharge air

Hopping your support ASAP.

Regards

Hello Khaled,

If you have oil in air, it means the oil is not completely separated from the compressed air before it leaves the compressor.

You already changed the oil separator and minimum pressure valve, so that should be OK.

Please check the scavenge line. This line runs from the top of the separator vessel to the bottom of the compressor element. It sucks out (separated) oil from the bottom of the oil separator filter.

See this post: http://www.air-compressor-guide.com/blog/how-the-scavenge-line-keeps-your-compressed-air-oil-free/

Hope this helps!
