Hi Cas


Please kindly advice the solution for oil low level problem at atlas copco GA11 . Although I had :



  • change oil separator

  • check and clean the scavenge line


I still have oil level problem. I need your help.

Hi,

What is the exact problem?

Is the oil level getting lower and lower? please check where the oil is going to. Is it going into the compressed air system (most probably it is!).

If oil separator and scavenge line are OK, please check the minimum pressure valve.

Does this compressor cycle load-unload very often / quickly?

Also, never stop the compressor when it's running loaded, or by pressing the emergency stop.
