Hi,

Please check the oil separator. When was it last changed? Normally they should be changed every 4000 hours.

If oil separator is OK, then check oil scavenge system (scavenge pipe/line).

The oil in air line outlet is very high > 10ppm At first, we use one separator and then we use double separator but we did get any better. We fix the separator out side the tank.
