Hello,

I have 45 kW Atlas copco oil injected compressor. I am encountering a problem repeatedly rather periodically every week. there is no oil leakage via any of the hose pipe , no oil in the discharge line , no sepperator choking but still every week we have to make up 5 to 6 litters of oil . Can anyone guide what probable reason this might be.

I need urgent reply. kindly reply soon . thanks in anticipation.

Thanks

Hello Mujtaba

If there is no oil leak anywhere there is only 1 place the oil can go to: out together with the compressed air.

But, if you cannot find oil in your compressed air lines, it probably is discahrged through the condensate drain(s).

Please check your condensate drains, see if they spit out only water, or water with oil (a little oil is normal).

Hope this helps!
