I am fairly new to screw compressors and have a problem. The compressor is a 20 year old atlas ga 20 horsepower. Compressor quit working so I found the contacts in the main contactor burned. I replaced the contacor and turned on but the instrument panel doesn't lite up ( 4 led lights) When I manually engage the contactor the compressor doesn't build pressure and after 20 seconds of running I release the contactor, for the next 30 seconds an mist comes out of the air inlet. Is this normal if the compressor was in an unload mode because there is no control panel power? I also checked everything and cannot determine why there are no panel lights even when I press the test light button. Can you help? thank you
