Do you have a standard compressed piping layout with a 100hp screw compressor in a 10,000 sq meter mechanical workshop for onshore offshore oil industries equipment repair.

Nope, sorry.

But some basic advise:

  • Get the biggest diameter main header pipe you can. The bigger, the less pressure drop.
  • Make the main pipe in a ring/loop. This allows air to flow to the point of use from two sides.
  • Buy dryers and filters one size too big. This will lower the pressure drop and increase filter life.

Aim for the lowest pressure drop possible. Each mbar/psi in pressure drop will result in huge extra energy costs over the lifetime of the air compressor. It pays back quickly!

Good luck! Let me know if you wat more info

Cas.
