can u furnish me wth acceptable operating parameters of GA250 compressors ..the one I am monitoring is reading as follows this morning 08:58am ( ZIMBABWE)
COMPRESSOR OUTLET TEMP' = 56° DP OIL SEPERATOR = 0.38bar DP AIR FILTER = 0.016bar OIL INJECTION ELEMENT =3.3bar ELEMENTS (1) = 87° ELEMENT. (2) = 103° ( shutdown warning) COOLING MEDIUM = 29° OIL SEPERATOR = ( no reading) OUTLET PRESSURE. = 4.6 bars
Hi,
Is this an air-cooled unit? Please make double sure that the coolers are clean.
Both the outlet temperature and the element temperature are hot.. so it looks like the coolers are dirty.
Also, check the thermostat valve.
On the other hand, there is quite a big difference between element 1 and element 2.
Please check if there is no blocking of oil flow towards element 2.
All the best,
Cas
all coolers are changed , new oil is added, all filters are changed its now running well.
Great!
it has a atlas copco xa 186 air compressor when it is turned on for an hour and the compressor temperature rises and then the engine stops working
whats the reason
