Condensating

Cas,

We have a permanently mounted 80 gallon upright electric driven piston compressor that started producing excessive amounts of water several months ago. The tank is drained daily and extra drains have been added at low points in the shop lines. We have added an automatic blow-down drain valve and we replaced the compressor several weeks ago. After all of this it is still producing a great deal of water at the outlet. Our only remaining guess is that perhaps something has happened internally in the tank that is causing moisture to accumulate near the outlet rather than settle in the bottom of the tank where it would otherwise be drained. Any advise you can give would be greatly appreciated.
