Hi, My air compressor is driving me to drink!!
A while back, the motor burnt out, the plastic fan melted!!

So, I have had the motor redone and refitted and apparently tested. I am 300 KM from the service centre in the african bush......

Now.. when I switch the compressor on with no air in the tank, it starts up perfectly and runs up to pressure.

When the pressure drops to the preset, the compressor tries to start, turn three or four times and then sits and hums and gets hot...

If I drain the air and start it up again it runs up to pressure and switches off, but of restarting the above is repeated.

Please help??
